To protect service quality and job flow, we cap the number of registered DEAs for each UK postcode prefix (e.g., WA, SK) and for key towns. When a prefix reaches capacity, new applications may be placed on a waiting list.
Capacity-managed coverageUnlike other portals, our aim is to deliver the best service and, in return, offer to match the DEA base rates you set for standard residential EPCs where feasible and agreed per job.

DEAs engaged via Move Nest act as independent professionals and are fully responsible for the quality, accuracy, and compliance of their assessments and reports.
Important: As DEAs sign off their reports, Move Nest cannot be held responsible for any assessor’s report content, workmanship, or outcomes. Any issues must be resolved by the DEA with the customer and/or accreditation scheme as applicable.
Complete the DEA registration and upload accreditation + insurance documents. Choose postcode prefixes you cover.
We verify accreditation (DEA scheme), PLI and PI. Capacity limits per prefix may apply (waiting list if full).
Bookings are matched by postcode prefix. You’ll receive emails with full job details and Accept / Decline links.
Keep open communication with Move Nest and the customer. Complete, upload, and sign off your report promptly.
Each DEA agrees to maintain timely, polite communication with Move Nest and the customer for every assigned job — from booking confirmation to report delivery.

We handle personal data in line with UK GDPR. During registration and job handling, consent is recorded with timestamps. Only data necessary for service provision is processed and shared (e.g., contact and appointment details between Move Nest, the assigned DEA, and the customer).
