A fast, safe and cost-effective way to assess roof condition without ladders, scaffolding, access equipment or disruption. Using high-resolution aerial photography, we capture clear images of all key areas including:

Images are delivered digitally within 24 hours and can be shared with surveyors, roofers, insurers and maintenance contractors. Final cost depends on roof size, complexity and travel. All drone activity is weather-dependent and may require rescheduling at short notice.

Not always — as long as the property is accessible and externally visible. We’ll confirm this during booking and let you know if access arrangements are needed.

Most roof inspections take between 10–20 minutes onsite. Standard property photography visits are similar. You’ll usually receive edited photos within 24 hours and video shortly after.

Safety and image quality come first. If wind or rain conditions aren’t suitable, the appointment will be rescheduled — usually within a day or two depending on availability.

Yes — images are delivered in high resolution and are suitable for surveyors, roofers, insurers and maintenance contractors. They can also support quotes, reports and condition surveys.
